My name is Lorina “Lori” Smith. I have lived in Pasco since 1985. I am very knowledgeable about the area as I have watched it grow over the past 36 years.
One of my favorite areas in Port Richey is a hidden gem in a gated condominium community called Sand Pebble. Behind the 24 hour manned gate you will find five beautifully maintained associations with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico: Sand Pebble Pointe Condominiums (phase 1 and 3), The Townhomes by the Gulf, Paradise Estates and the elegant estate homes of Harborpointe.
Sand Pebble Pointe is a perfectly manicured, waterfront condominium community. All condo buildings are waterfront with many offering a direct, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Within Sand Pebble there are different phases which have different monthly fees, different utilities included and different amenities. Phase 1 residents are permitted to own private docks, Phase 3 residents can use their own private beach. No pets permitted.
The Townhomes by the Gulf offer two and three story floorplans with private garages. Many of the townhomes have privately deeded docks. The townhomes do permit two pets.
Paradise Estates are large lots with single family homes.
Harborpointe is a double gated community with large estate homes most of which offer direct, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.
All phases offer access to the master amenities which includes a brand-new clubhouse (with library, game tables, card room and fitness room offering Planet Fitness equipment), tennis courts, pickle ball ,putting green, waterfront boardwalk, fishing pier and community boat ramp. Sand Pebble is not age restricted.
I have lived in Sand Pebble and own multiple properties within Sand Pebble so I have first hand knowledge of the community. The residents often refer to me as the “Sand Pebble Expert”. With this gained trust I often have knowledge of units coming available before they hit the market.
