My real estate career began in 1995 but long before that I fell in love with houses. My dad was an electrician and used to take me along with him when he was working on the weekends. I would help him pull wire through the rafters as I was smaller and climbed easily through the trusses. I also helped drill the holes through the studs where the wire gets pulled through and punched out the holes in the boxes to put the wire in. I also enjoyed this time with my Dad and I felt pretty important helping him and learning about houses. I’d ask what the framed out rooms where going to be and the pipes coming up in the foundation, what those were for and he would tell me it was the water lines or sewer lines, so I could visualize after a time what the house would look like before it had walls. He taught me to read plans and what order each processes happened to get to the end result. I loved to draw and one of things I would draw were the outside elevations of different houses and the floor plan and layout. I got to see some really nice custom homes and appreciate architecture and design at a young age.
I decided to go into real estate because of this and one of my other passions being the Florida lifestyle of boating and fishing. My focus in real estate is on selling the Florida life to my clients. I focus only on high end, custom luxury waterfront homes focusing mostly on Gulf front or Gulf access as well as lakefront properties. I live on the Gulf and my home was featured on Insane Pools Season 2 Episode 10, Castle By the Sea. I did the show to highlight my wonderful City and County and show the beautiful waterfront amenities that our area has to offer.
